Instructions

  1. Prepare the okra by washing and drying them thoroughly. Slice them lengthwise into thin strips.
  2. Mix the chickpea flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add the sliced okra to the bowl and toss them well to coat evenly with the spice mixture.

  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
