- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
- Add the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the oil starts to separate from the masala.
- Add the shredded cabbage and green peas to the pan. Mix well to coat the vegetables with the spice mixture.
- Season with salt to taste. Cover the pan and let the vegetables cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
