- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the cavolo nero by removing the stems and finely chopping the leaves. Place them in a large salad bowl.
- Add the thinly sliced apples and chopped mint leaves to the bowl with the cavolo nero.
