Instructions
- Prepare the basil oil by blending the fresh basil leaves and extra virgin olive oil in a blender until smooth. Set aside.

- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

- Blend the soup using an immersion blender until smooth. Alternatively, transfer the soup to a blender in batches and blend until smooth.
