Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
