- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- Prepare the aubergines by tossing them in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Ensure they are evenly coated.
- Thread the aubergine cubes onto the soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the aubergine is tender and slightly charred.
