- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the butternut squash cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes or until tender.
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
