  • 1 cup cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients by washing the spinach, kale, cucumber, and apples thoroughly.
  2. Chop the cucumber and apples into smaller pieces to make blending easier.
  3. Add the spinach, kale, cucumber, apples, lemon, and ginger to a blender.
  4. Pour in the cold water to help the blending process.
  5. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  6. Strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large bowl to remove the pulp, if desired.
  7. Serve the juice over ice cubes in glasses for a chilled refreshment.

Additional Notes
