Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients by washing the spinach, kale, cucumber, and apples thoroughly.
- Chop the cucumber and apples into smaller pieces to make blending easier.
- Add the spinach, kale, cucumber, apples, lemon, and ginger to a blender.
- Pour in the cold water to help the blending process.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
