Instructions
- Prepare the bulgur wheat by rinsing it under cold water.
- Boil the vegetable broth or water in a medium saucepan. Add the bulgur wheat, cover, and reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and the bulgur is tender.
- Fluff the cooked bulgur with a fork and let it cool slightly.
