Instructions

- Add the grated ginger, red chili powder, cumin seeds, salt, and turmeric powder to the saucepan.
- Pour in the water and stir the mixture well to combine all ingredients.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 25-30 minutes, or until the mangoes are soft and the chutney has thickened.
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let the chutney cool to room temperature.
- Transfer the chutney to a clean, airtight jar and store it in the refrigerator.
