- 8 oz (225g) soba noodles
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions
- Marinate the tempeh: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, maple syrup, and minced garlic. Add the tempeh cubes and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
