- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the rye flour, all-purpose flour, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flaxseeds, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
- Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Cut the dough into desired cracker shapes using a knife or cookie cutter.
- Place the crackers on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a small gap between each.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Cool the crackers on a wire rack before serving.
