- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the cauliflower by cutting it into bite-sized florets. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Mix in the ground coriander, turmeric, garam masala, and red chili powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour in the coconut milk and diced tomatoes. Stir well to combine.

Additional Notes
