- 4 cups vegetable broth

Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Stir and cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
