  • 400g canned chopped tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 500ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Vegan cheese, grated (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until soft.
  3. Add the wild garlic, zucchini, and red bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
