- 12 vegetable gyoza dumplings (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the gyoza dumplings to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are golden brown on the bottom.
- Pour in 1/4 cup of water, cover the skillet, and steam the dumplings for another 3-4 minutes until the water evaporates and the dumplings are cooked through. Remove the dumplings and set aside.
- Add the red bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
- Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to combine.
- Return the dumplings to the skillet and gently toss everything together to coat in the sauce.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
