Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, cumin seeds, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and tender, turning halfway through.
