- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine the rolled oats and almond flour in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat or in the microwave.
- Mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Add the baking soda and salt, stirring until evenly distributed.
- Fold in the vegan chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
